Equality Federation is an alliance of state-based lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender advocacy organizations working to achieve equality for lgbt people by building strong, self-sustaining lgbt organizations in every state and territory. Currently, the Federation has 55 member organizations representing 45 states and 3.5 million people.
