Description
E.T.C. is a non-profit organization serving the communities of Fresno and beyond. ETC believes that each person has the innate ability to be self-sufficient. We have developed a three year holistic approach with courses in Job Readiness, Entrepreneurialship - Starting your own business and assisting individuals and families to move from poverty to prosperity. Along the way, participants learn the importance of reinforcing family structure with values, moral ethics, responsibilities and becoming good community role models.
