Description

TEK provides women with the opportunity economic self sufficiency through job and life skills training. TEK uses a transtional employment model in which each women participated in all aspects of the operation which manufactures natural soap and bath products. All proceeds from the sale of the products are returned into the program. The women are paid for their time.
