The English Learning Center is a program of Our Saviour's Outreach Ministries. For over 25 years, we have been providing classes in English language, math, computers and citizenship for new adult immigrants and refugees in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Each year, we serve over 450 immigrants and refugees.
