Description
Educo School of Colorado has been meeting the needs of local youth through innovative and quality programs that address leadership skill building, teamwork and community service since 1988. The word “educo” is the Latin root word for education meaning “to lead or draw forth.” Educo believes that education is the process of evoking students’ best qualities of character. Using outdoor and wilderness experiences (rock climbing, camping and hiking) as a basis for its programs, Educo’s purpose is to create an environment for youth and adults that values the individual, builds community, and fosters a sense of respect and personal responsibility.
