Description
For over 40 years EOCF has served low-income families and families who have children with a diagnosed disability. EOCF provides services to approximately 2,000 families in Clark, Cowlitz, and Pacific Counties in Washington State. We are in the business of "strengthening children and families through early learning, child development education, and community partnerships".
