Educational Council is a non-profit servicing all of Franklin County Schools with programs ranging from school transformation to family intervention and professional development. We are dedicated to helping educational systems personalize learning so each child can succeed. Our mission is to create opportunities for students to engage in healthy, creative and innovative activities giving them the skills needed for suceess.
