A 501c3 social service agency serving the low-income population of nine counties in Kansas including: Johnson, Douglas, Miami, Franklin, Osage, Anderson, Coffey, Lyon, and Morris. ECKAN operates Head Start, Weatherization, Community Services Block Grant, Section 8 Housing Voucher Program, Early Head Start, rental housing, case management, youth mentoring, and volunteer services.
