Description

ECAS is a non-profit 501(c)3 international adoption agency licensed in Minnesota that is dedicated to the welfare of the world's orphaned children.

Since ECAS was founded in 1998 we have assisted more than 500 orphan children from around the world find a permanent, loving family in USA. We currently place children from five leading countries in international adoption – China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Guatemala and every year unite 50-60 orphan children with permanent families in USA. We offer direct adoption programs from Ukraine and Guatemala as well as work in partnership with other reputable agencies in the US to provide referral of children from the countries where ECAS may not have representation or accreditation.
