This organization is a registered 501c3 in Virginia whose mission is to provide new and rehabilitated affordable housing, either to rent or to own to residents of Accomack and Northampton Counties. It's programs include homeownership education and assistance, financial literacy and indoor plumbing rehabilitation. The ESVHA is a Virginia Community Development Housing Organization and as such is a non-profit development partner in constructing affordable housing in its service area.
