Description
The East Texas Literacy Council provides basic literacy instruction for adults age 17 and above in Gregg County and surrounding area in East Texas. Services are provided through trained tutors, small classes and computer learning centers. Instruction is given in reading, math, writing, pre-GED and English as a Second Language.
