East Meets West Foundation is The Foundation for Learning, Healing and Health in Vietnam. EMW's mission is to partner with the people of Vietnam to build a peaceful and prosperous future. EMW has a number of grassroots programs that reach people in the most vulnerable sections of Vietnam. Programs include education initiatives, such as scholarship programs that keep children in school, school building and construction, building homes for people that will last a lifetime, providing safe and clean water to tens of thousands of rural villagers in Vietnam, a medical program for saving children with heart defects, a free dental clinic and many more. EMW also has many large construction projects in Vietnam such as building libraries, hospitals and dorms.
