Description
Earth & Space Research (ESR) is a nonprofit oceanographic research institute which performs scientific research for public benefit on topics relating to climate and environment.
Founded in Seattle, Washington by Dr. Gary Lagerloef and Dr. Robin Muench in 1995, ESR provides a rigorous research environment in which to perform and otherwise advance scientific research on topics such as satellite ocean remote sensing, ocean modeling, data analysis and field research. ESR's mission is to provide research data and analysis to contribute to understanding of oceans and climate change around the globe.
