Description
Established in 1993, the DuPage Convalescent Center Foundation is a philanthropic organization guided by a volunteer Board of Directors dedicated to improving the quality of life for DuPage County residents needing long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. The mission of the Foundation is to raise the funds necessary to enhance and expand upon the quality of life programs and services offered to the residents of the Center in an effort to elevate each resident to new heights of dignity, joy and independence. Due to the generosity of both individual and corporate donors, the Foundation is able to "Turn Possibilities into Realities" for our residents.
