Description
The Greater Cleveland Marching And Performing Arts Association, Incorporated, of Cleveland, Ohio, (dba North Coast Rock Drum and Bugle Corps) is established as a non-profit organization to encourage and promote the musical talents and performance abilities of young people and adults of all races and religions, both male and female, and to help develop the character, leadership abilities and social awareness of its members. By participating in concerts, parades, benefits, and competitive field shows, we will attempt to stimulate interest in and broaden the acceptance of drum and bugle corps, with its big band sound, as an American art form.
