Description
DCI is a faith based ministry established to meet the needs of those who have been forgotten, rejected, displaced or just simply lost and have no place to go. Our mission is that of a treasure hunter, to go looking for those who are treasures, hidden under bridges, in abandoned buildings, in dark alleys and even in storm sewers, that are hidden under layers of sickness, pain, and abuse. So we can be a light intheir darkness.
