The Memorial Foundation organizes the annual MLK Holiday Parade and Celebration to observe the Federal Holiday named for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization also hosts an annual bowlathon and youth breakfast. Proceeds from these fundraisers are directed towards parade permits, facility fees, security and health department prerequisites, recognition awards and scholarships.
