Description
DownTime Kids’ early intervention program promotes the need of an inclusive setting for both typical and atypical children. Yet, what makes our program so unique is how we specifically target the needs and early education of children ranging in the ages of three-to five-years-old, especially those with Down syndrome. This program will reinforce and enhance developmental milestones through activities and games. Each session will explore the worlds of music and movement, arts and craft, dramatic play, cooking, pre-reading skills, pre-math skills, pre-writing skills, phonemic awareness skills, fine and gross motor skills, oral motor and language skills, sensory integration and outdoor fun through the different visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile learning modalities.
