Downingtown BalVihar encoutages and enhances the diversity of our community by providing a forum for increasing awareness of ethnic Indian cultural and spiritual values.
The organization aims to give our future generations the opportunity to understand and appreciate both Eastern and Western values. The origanization instills, promotes and fosters a secular nurturing environment for our children to build character, self-esteem and leadersip skills to raise them as responsible and compassionate citizens.
