The Dove Center is a non-profit Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Emergency Shelter and Advocacy Services center. We are located in St. George, Utah and serve the entire population of Washington and Kane Counties. We also serve the Hilsdale/Colorado City, Arizona area which is populated with the Polygamous community.
