Description
The Doug West Fund benefits the Altoona Area School District's Project SOAR - Study, Overcome, Achieve, Reward. Students are targeted in 8th grade who have the potential to attend college but not the means. Each child and their parents sign a contract and are assigned mentors who work with them through high school. Help us give these first generation college students a fair shot in life!
