DoubleHP (Horse Help Providers, Inc.) is a 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit with programs in horse rescue, adoption, and education. DoubleHP is Volunteer; NO administrative salaries are paid. DoubleHP Volunteers rescue horses from starvation-type situations and match them up with excellent new homes. DoubleHP promotes The Promise: "I promise to keep my horse current on age-appropriate training, vet, and farrier needs, so that if I ever need to or want to find my horse an excellent new home, that will be an easy thing for me to do.
