Don't Stop Dreamin' fulfills dreams for elders in 8 western Pennsylvania nursing homes. The dreams range from horse drawn carriage rides, going to a football game, seeing a concert, or taking a ride in a helicopter. Over 25 dreams have been fulfilled already with many more to come.
