Description
The Dominican American National Foundation (or DANF) is a non-profit, 501-c-3 tax-exempt corporation that functions according to the statutes of the State of Florida Division of Corporations, under the oversight of an active Board of Directors who represent a broad base of both client and professional communities. DANF, founded in 1989, is dedicated to help people who are socially, economically, linguistically, and educationally challenged. DANF’s mission is to help immigrants and minorities empower themselves through education and to access the services to which they are entitled. The DANF Center offers a place where Hispanics and members of other minority groups can come for training, education, assistance, and referrals, and also learn how to uphold their rights and to become involved in their communities.
