Description

The Domestic Violence Service Center provides supportive services to victims and survivors of domestic violence in Luzerne and Carbon Counties. DVSC services include: 24-hour Hotline, Emergency Shelter for battered women and their children, Transitional Housing Program, Legal Systems Advocacy, Medical Advocacy Program, Children's Program, Mental Heath Advocacy Program, Crisis Counseling, Community Support Groups and Training and Education.
