Description
Domestic Violence Resource Center (DVRC) provides advocacy, counseling and legal services to victims of domestic violence and their dependent children in Bernalillo County.
In 2009, DVRC served 3,150 adult victims of domestic violence, along with their dependent children, with advocacy, therapy and legal Services.
The Victim Assistance Unit works with the Albuquerque Police Department and the Bernalillo County Sheriffs Department to offer services 24 hours a day for victims of domestic violence, elder abuse and sexual assault.
All of our services are safe, confidential, culturally-sensitive and free.
