Description
D.A.S.H., Inc. serves a four county area consisting of Sarasota, Charlotte, DeSoto, and Manatee counties. D.A.S.H., Inc. will provide transitional housing and direct services to primary victims and their families (men, women, and children/teens). These services include food, transportation, mandatory psycho-counseling referrals relating to domestic abuse, substance abuse and anger management, as well as life management and parenting skills. All services remedies and methods of recovering financial assistance will be utilized to assist the families in their "new beginnings" goals. While in a D.A.S.H., Inc. shelter, no fees will ever be charged for any of the services we provide. Fostering positive self-esteem through self sufficiency, while encompassing safety is D.A.S.H.'s ultimate mission.
