DMC Foundation is a not for profit organization with a mission to outreach and promote "Health through Education" in all of Stanislaus County, central California. Our services touch people of all ages, beginning with childbirth courses and extending to care for th elderly at our Alzheimer'sDay Care and Adult Day Health Care Center.
