Description

Dixie Dogs & Cats, a 501(c)3 organization, provides the Dixie Day Spay, low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Cleveland, Tenn. Dixie Dogs & Cats also operates a rescue division, the Dixie Pet Underground Railroad, which seeks to find forever homes in the Northeast for dogs on death row in the kill shelters of the South.
