Our mission is to offer and promote alternative dispute resolution processes - including mediation, conciliation, facilitation, and training - as ways for peacefully resolving conflicts. We are a 22 year old not-for-profit that offers conflict resolution services to anyone within our area of service, including individuals, families, neighbors, schools, businesses, government, faith institutions and other organizations.
