Description

Disciples 4 Christ Outreach Ministry will show Christian love in action to those incarcerated and their families to facilitate their release and transition to society. The goal is restoration of community, family and individual to wholeness. A cornerstone belief of Disciples 4 Christ Outreach Ministry is that reducing recidivism in our prison system requires released offenders to be transformed through a faith journey. A faith journey, validated through accountability, is fundamental to reform.
Disciples 4 Christ Outreach Ministry serves as a proactive conduit between the prison population and faith-based organizations within the community. Discples 4 Christ Outreach Ministry will significantly reduce recidivism by being an active presence to the offender.
