disABLEDperson Inc. is a 510(c)(3) public charity whose mission is to reduce the high unemployment rate amongst disabled Americans. We accomplish this in a number of ways through our 2 web portals.
The first way is through our web portal www.disABLEDperson.com. Here we offer recruitABILITY, a national online recruitment application for individuals with disabilities. This is a free public service for both individuals and employers. Also, through disABLEDperson.com, we host virtual online job fairs for college students with disabilities transition from school to work. This too is a free public service as there is no charge to either students or employers to participate.
Finally, we are just kicking off our new initiative through a new web portal called "Job Opportunities for Disabled American Veterans" www.jofdav.com. This is a recruitment job board that is demographically specific for disabled American Vets.
