dRC is one of a nationwide network of Centers for Independent Living whose philosophy is that we who have disabilities have the right to control our lives and make our own choices.

dRC provides the following services: Independent Living Information and Referral; Housing Assistance; Peer Support; Independent Living Skills and Life Skills Training; Literacy Training; Individual and Systems Advocacy; Social Security Benefits Counseling; Adaptive Computer Access Training; and Assistive Technology to persons with disabilities who live in the counties of Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom.
