Description
The Disabilities Network of Eastern Connecticut, Inc. (DNEC) located in Norwich, is one of the five federally and state mandated Centers for Independent Living in Connecticut. Incorporated as a private not-for-profit agency in 1988, DNEC serves all of eastern Connecticut. We provide information and referral services, individual advocacy, assistive technology access and training, and peer support. We participate in the State of Connecticut Money Follows the Person nursing facility transition program.
