Description

Diaspora Community Services is a social support service agency that empowers families and individuals to maximize their abilities to succeed through culturally sensitive health promotion, family support services and advocacy.

Diaspora Healthy Families is an intensive, strength based, home visiting program serving expectant and new families. Through the use of a parenting curriculum, and community partner referrals, we educate parents on effective child development practices and available resources in their community.
