Description

Provides support groups for people diagnosed with a Mood Disorder and their family and friends. Advocates for the mentally ill, delivers community education programs, works with parents on Special Education issues and in developing an Individualized Education Plan for their child, sponsors National Depression Screening Day, and Teen Screen, provides information to the public through Health Fairs, has a quarterly newsletter, informational website www.dbsa-southernnevada.org. and produces educational original plays using members and family members to help educate the public in a different medium.
