Democracy Now! (DN!) is a non-profit organization that produces and disseminates an international, audience-sponsored news program broadcast daily on radio, TV, and the internet. Democracy Now! is committed to bringing marginalized voices to the airwaves and reporting on global and local issues. The program’s long-format interviews and analysis provide its audience with information that is unavailable on commercial news outlets, and puts that information into historic and modern contexts. DN! also trains young journalists in civic journalism, and has pioneered the largest public media collaboration in the country.
