Founded in 1977, Delta Society is a non-profit that helps people throughout the world become healthier and happier by incorporating therapy, service and companion animals into their lives.
We have over 11,000 volunteers in all 50 of the United States and 13 other countries who, with their pets, bring joy, compassion, and comfort to people in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice care, schools and other places.
We also help people with disabilities get the information they need to find a service dog.
