Mission:
To enrich the quality of life for people who have blindness or vision impairment and to reduce the incidence of vision loss through prevention pf blindness programs. we believe blindness is not a handicap but an inconvenience that can be overcome with proper training and support. At the Delco Blin/Sight Center we provide tools for independence.
