"Of, By, and For the Deaf and Hard of Hearing " We are the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center. The ONLY social service agency of its kind servicing the Central Valley with four offices we reach 8 separate counties. Our Mission is to advocate, seek equality, and promote self-determination through empowerment for those who seek our assistance; and to enhance the awareness and understanding of Deaf Culture and the unique communication needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.
With over 8 specialized services we offer free services and assistance to the Deaf, Deaf Blind, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened individuals and their families.
