Description

A children's service organization that helps at risk children through Patchwork, a runaway and homeless youth program serving kids ages 11-18; New Connections, and independent-living program that serves youth ages 16-20; and Turning Point, a foster care group home program that serves youth aging out of the Child Welfare system, ages 16-18.
