Non-residential non-profit Independent Living Center providing services to persons with disabilities, at least 50% of board and staff are compromised of individuals with disabilities. Services are offered to any individual living in California with a disability, primary focus is in Orange County empowering advocacy, independent living skills training, assistive technology, vocational services and American Sign Langue Interpreting Services.
