The mission of the Dawn of Hope Found is to educate individuals and organizations about the existence, needs, and purpose of the Dawn of Hope, and to generate and manage resources, which will enhance the quality and scope of services provided to adults with mental retardation in Northeast Tennessee.The mission of the Dawn of Hope is to provide high quality caring, individualized services to enrich the lives of adults with mental retardation in Northeast Tennessee. The agency is located in Johnson City, Tennessee and serves five counties,Carter, Greene, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington by providing developmental, vocational and residential services.
