Description

The Davis Oklahoma Animal Volunteers, Inc. (DOAV) is a group of dedicated individuals that strive to control the animal population in rural Murray County Oklahoma and surrounding communities by sponsoring low-income, low-cost spay and neuter clinics. DOAV has been working tirelessly to help the animals in and around Murray County, Oklahoma. Presently, neither Murray County or any of the cities within the county have a suitable animal shelter. The two largest communities operate dog 'pounds' that can house no more than two dozen animals at any given time. Neither city has facilities for cats. A humane and hygienic facility for the county's unwanted or discarded animals is desperately needed. We hope that GoodSearch.com will help us meet our goals in raising the funds to build shelter facilities for all of Murray County.
