The specific objectives and purposes of this organization shall be to conduct research in the field of Astronomy and to promote and encourage science education in schools and to the public, particularly in the area of astronomy. To build and maintain an observatory for the use of amateur and/or professional astronomers and to undertake other projects, programs and activities.
