The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, literary, and educational purposes as defined in section 501(C) (3) of the internal revenue Code. The activities of the Corporation include, but are not limited to: Award scholarships and other grants for deserving graduating students of Dallas Lincoln High School; To render aid and cooperation to the Dallas Lincoln High School in oder to facilitate academic and extracurricular programs and other positive student activities; and to raise funds, by dues, contributons, and events.
