CY Connecting Youth is part of the Chittenden South School District and our mission is to promote a safe and healthy environment for youth! We offer many programs/services such as: CY Mentoring that matches caring adults with middle school students; Student Assistance Program for 5th - 12th graders affected by their own or someone else's substance use; Youth leadership programs; Parent education; and community health awareness campaigns.
