Description

The Cure Tay-Sachs Foundation is dedicated to funding the on-going research needed to find treatments and a cure for Tay-Sachs Disease. Tay-Sach disease is a hereditary degenerative neurological disease that is ALWAYS fatal in children. It has no cure and no treatment. One in every 250 people carries the deadly gene. The carrier rates are much higher in some portions of the Jewish community (1 in 27) and in the Irish American community (1 in 50).
