Description
Formed in 2000 by Carmela Short after her diagnosis, we are in the truest sense a non-profit charitable organization. All aspects including accounting and administrative duties are performed by volunteers, enabling us to donate approximately 98% of all funds raised. Since 2000, we have donated over $260,000 to men, women & children in need. We provide not only financial help but moral support as well. Each year we organize charitable events to raise both money and awareness of the need for immediate financial assistance for those directly affected. Our goal is help as many families as possible.

-Paid medical insurance premiums
-Provided for house cleaning services
-Paid mortgage, rent and utility bills
-Granted funds for daily living expenses
-Paid for transportation costs to special school
for sick child
