The Crouse Health Foundation, founded in 1974, is a not-for-profit corporation organized to encourage individuals, corporations and other groups to financially support the programs and efforts of Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY. It’s mission is to promote, solicit, accept and provide stewardship for all voluntary dollars given in support of Crouse Health initiatives benefiting the health and wellness of the community.
